In collaboration between Aalberts Surface Technologies Heat and BiModal Solutions, a Proof of Concept (POC) related to long-term and strategic planning, as well as daily scheduling of the heat treatment department, was successfully conducted in a very short time. Experts from BiModal Solutions demonstrated a profound understanding of our needs and requirements, along with the development of a visualization method aligned with our predispositions. The POC was completed in just 8 weeks, utilizing the existing BiModal Planning solution and integrating it with a new platform for visualization and production schedule management.We are highly impressed with this solution, leading to the preliminary acceptance of the POC, and we are currently working on initiating the implementation project.
